Port Royal-Robber's Row

Re-designed by world-famous architect Pete Dye in 1994, Robber’s Row is cut through beautiful stands of magnolias and live oaks. This 6,657-yard par-72 course is an excellent course for intermediate golfers and is highlighted by a challenging quartet of excellent par-3 holes. Those looking for a real challenge can move to the back tees and find a very fair, but stern test of golf. The fairways dogleg from left to right, and water hazards come into play on several holes. The real test on this course are its medium-sized, extremely undulating greens. Although tee-shot landing areas are quite generous, approach shots require accuracy to the well-bunkered greens. Robber’s Row is set atop former Civil War grounds on the marsh side of the plantation and features historical markers on several holes describing events relevant to the area.
